Refund and Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel an order within 48 hours. Just give us a call or write an email to support@samoolam.com.

For COD orders, you will receive a confirmation of cancellation immediately. For Prepaid Orders, we will process the refund and it should reflect in your bank account within 5 -7 days. 

We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery. Here’s how you can process your return or exchange.

For an exchange or return, you must notify Samoolam within 7 days of delivery.

To notify Samoolam, please write an email to support@samoolam.com with the below-mentioned details:

  • Order Id and Registered Email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Product Details
  • Reason for Return / Exchange

Once an email is received, we will respond with Return Authorisation.

Depending upon your location, we will either arrange for a reverse pickup or we will ask you to send the product yourself.

Please make sure you pack all the pieces of the product along with original tags. Please note, if the Original tags have been removed or tampered with, we won’t be able to process the return.

Once we receive the product back in our warehouse, we will check it for Quality. Once quality is passed and it’s confirmed that the product is eligible for return, we shall refund your money to you.

You will receive 100% refund of the price you paid in your respective bank account within 10 - 14 days.
